                Description

Don't miss your opportunity to own one of the limited release batches of A.J.'s Heritage Rye! With less than 1000 bottles released per quarter, this "pre-pro" style rye pays homage to A.J. Schreiner's distillilng legacy by using distillation and blending techniques predominately seen prior to 1914's whiskey industrialization.

Leveraging pre-Prohibiton techniques such as specialized yeast strains, low barrel entry proofs, double pot still distillation, heavily charred barrels, and the common pre-pro bottling proof of 100, this whiskey is built to pay homage to those funky dusties of rye whiskeys' golden era.

This rye distilled and blended by one of America's greatest "pre-pro" style Master Distillers Alan Bishop, is a whiskey lover's dream. Thanks to the uncommon techniques of yesteryear employed by Alan Bishop during production, A.J.'s Heritage Rye is a full bodied and round distillate with a big entry on the palate, herbal notes of horehound, mint, blood plum, and cherry.
With each sip of this limited release spirit, raise your glass and let A.J.'s Heritage Rye transport you.
